Defining the Ground Transportation Ecosystem for Small & Medium Taxi, Limo and Chauffeur Operators
Independent operators shouldn't have to choose between a $99/month cookie-cutter SaaS or a $250k enterprise build. Taxi Web Design brings both worlds together: a $399 white-label web booker that gets you online in 24 hours, and a fully custom, source-code-optional Enterprise dispatch platform built for operators who want to own their stack. Zero per-trip commission on either path.
White-Label vs. Custom vs. Commission SaaS
The problem with today's ground transportation stack
The ground transportation industry runs on a broken two-tier system. At the top, aggregators like Uber and Bolt take 20–30% commission and own the customer relationship. In the middle, SaaS dispatch tools charge $99–$599/month per operator, per driver, or per trip — costs that scale linearly with growth. Small and medium operators are squeezed between both.
We built Taxi Web Design to break that pattern. A single vendor covering the entire operator stack — website, web booker, branded apps, dispatch console, driver payouts, marketing, hosting — with pricing that doesn't punish you for scaling.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does 'ground transportation ecosystem' actually mean?+
The end-to-end stack that gets a passenger from a Google search or app tap into a paid, completed ride — website, booking widget, payments, dispatch console, driver app, passenger app, fleet tracking, receipts and marketing. Most operators glue 5–10 separate SaaS tools together. Taxi Web Design provides the entire stack from one vendor.
How is this different from Uber, Bolt or Lyft?+
Aggregators own the customer and take 20–30% commission on every ride. Taxi Web Design gives you white-label apps and a booker under your own brand, so 100% of every fare stays with you. You control pricing, promotions, corporate accounts and driver payouts.
How is this different from generic SaaS dispatch software?+
Most SaaS dispatch tools charge per-driver, per-trip or a monthly percentage — costs that scale linearly as you grow. Our model is flat one-time setup + low fixed monthly hosting. Enterprise customers can even own the source code, meaning no vendor lock-in ever.
I'm a 5-vehicle operator. Is the Enterprise plan overkill?+
Yes — start with the $399 Web Booker. It's designed for 1–15 vehicle operators and gets you online in 24 hours with a real booking flow, payments and admin. Upgrade to Enterprise when you're ready for branded driver/passenger apps and full dispatch.
Do I need my own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts?+
For Enterprise (branded apps), yes — we publish under your accounts so the apps live on the stores in your name forever. It costs $99/year (Apple) and $25 one-time (Google). For the $399 Web Booker plan, no app-store accounts are needed.
Can I switch from Uber/Bolt without losing my drivers?+
Yes. We migrate driver profiles, documents, vehicle records and (where possible) rider databases. Most operators run in parallel for 4–8 weeks, gradually shifting bookings to their own brand before turning off aggregator dependence.
What about broker/PMS/hotel integrations?+
Enterprise plans include custom integrations. We already integrate with Medicaid brokers (MTM, Modivcare, Access2Care), hotel PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds), booking channels (Booking.com, Viator, GetYourGuide) and payment gateways (Stripe, Wise, Braintree, region-specific).
Do you charge any per-trip or per-driver commission?+
No. Zero commission on every plan. The setup is one-time, hosting is a flat monthly fee, and every dollar from every ride belongs to you.
How fast can I go live?+
$399 Web Booker: 24 hours. Enterprise Dispatch: 4–8 weeks depending on integrations and app-store review timelines.
Can I own the source code?+
Yes — the Enterprise plan includes an optional source-code license so you (or your CTO) own the codebase outright. This eliminates vendor lock-in and gives full control over the roadmap.
