Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the AWS credits, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Account must not have received credits greater or equal to $10,000 in the past
- Applicant must be running a startup and can demonstrate that AWS credits will be used for an innovative tech-based solution
- Startup must have raised funding (pre-seed to Series A) over the past 12 months
- Must have an active (production-ready) solution built on AWS
- The website URL provided during application must be the same URL as the one on AWS Activate
- Your website URL must be a top-level domain (not subdomain)
- Application emails must be from an official company website (no free email services)
- Company/venture must be younger than 10 years old
- This deal can only be applied once per member account
- The applicant must be the owner of the AWS account

There is no upfront cost to apply for AWS credits through Core Dreams. You pay nothing until your credits are approved and applied to your AWS account.
Service Fee
Once your AWS credits are approved and successfully applied to your account, a service fee of 25% of the total approved credits will be charged.
Processing Time
The entire process — from application submission to credits being applied to your AWS account — typically takes 1 to 1.5 months.
Payment Method
Payment is made via online payment only after your credits have been approved and applied. A payment link will be provided upon successful credit approval.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once the service fee payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
