The 14-day migration timeline
- Days 1–2 — export. Pull customers, saved addresses, vehicles, drivers, rate rules, corporate accounts and open reservations to CSV. Also export your last 12 months of completed trips so you keep your reporting history.
- Days 3–5 — build. We import the data, configure vehicle classes, hourly and point-to-point rates, airport zones, gratuity, tolls, wait time and surcharge rules, and brand your booking website.
- Days 6–9 — apps and payments. Passenger and driver apps are submitted under your Apple and Google developer accounts. Stripe or PayPal is connected to your own merchant account.
- Days 10–12 — parallel run. One shift, or one vehicle class, runs on the new platform alongside the old one while drivers and dispatchers get comfortable. Nothing is switched off yet.
- Days 13–14 — cutover. Booking links, QR codes, email signatures and the phone workflow point to the new system. You cancel the old subscription only after the final invoice cycle closes.
Pre-migration checklist

- Cancelling before exporting. Notice first, data last, is backwards. Export everything while your account is fully active.
