Purpose-Built NEMT Dispatch Software for Medicaid, VA & Broker Trips
Run standing orders, will-call returns, wheelchair and stretcher trips, and Medicaid broker integrations from one dispatch board. Claim-ready billing, HIPAA-grade data handling, and branded driver + passenger apps — configured for NEMT operators from 5 to 500+ vehicles.
NEMT Dispatch Software vs. Generic Taxi/Rideshare Dispatch
Built for the way NEMT actually runs
- Standing orders — dialysis 3×/week, PT 2×/week, day-program routes, all auto-generated
- Will-call returns — riders press one button in the passenger app when they're ready
- Mobility profiles — ambulatory, wheelchair (WAV), stretcher, bariatric — matched to compatible vehicles automatically
- Attendant & escort tracking — pre-approve PCA / family attendants per trip
- Signature + odometer capture on the driver app for every leg
- No-show, late-cancel and unable-to-locate workflows with timestamps auditable by brokers
Medicaid broker integration
Claim-ready billing & 30–50% fewer denials
HIPAA-grade data handling

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Medicaid brokers do you integrate with?+
MTM, Modivcare, Access2Care, Verida, LogistiCare, Tennessee Carriers, Southeastrans and MAS out of the box. Additional broker or state MCO integrations are available on the Growth and Enterprise plans.
Is your NEMT dispatch software HIPAA compliant?+
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based with audit logging on every PHI view, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on the Growth and Enterprise plans.
Can it handle standing orders and will-call returns?+
Yes. Standing orders auto-generate recurring trips (e.g. dialysis 3×/week). Will-call returns let the rider or facility trigger the return leg from the passenger app or a one-tap link when the appointment ends.
How does mobility-based vehicle matching work?+
Each rider has a mobility profile (ambulatory, wheelchair/WAV, stretcher, bariatric). Trips are only offered to drivers whose assigned vehicle meets or exceeds that mobility requirement.
Do you support 837P claim files?+
Yes. Enterprise and Growth plans export 837P electronic claim files plus broker-specific CSV batches, with mileage, signature, wait time, mobility level, attendant flag and odometer captured on every trip.
Can we migrate from RouteGenie, Tobi Cloud or Bambi?+
Yes. We migrate riders, standing orders, mobility profiles and broker credentials. Typical migration takes 2–4 weeks depending on fleet size and broker count.
Do you offer branded driver and passenger apps?+
Yes. Both apps are white-labeled with your logo, brand colors and app-store presence. Drivers get turn-by-turn navigation, signature capture and odometer entry; passengers get trip status, ETA and one-tap will-call return.
What's the difference between NEMT dispatch and generic taxi dispatch?+
Generic taxi dispatch has no concept of standing orders, mobility profiles, broker rosters, 837P billing, PHI protection or will-call returns. Running NEMT on a taxi platform means manual double-entry into broker portals and high claim denial rates — see our detailed guide below.
How quickly can we go live?+
Starter operators are live in 2–3 weeks. Growth (with broker integration) is typically 4–6 weeks depending on how quickly the broker provisions API credentials.
Do you charge per trip?+
No. There is no per-trip, per-driver or per-vehicle commission on any plan. You pay a flat monthly subscription only.
